Order by the Minister for Health to transfer assets, rights and liabilities of the State, acquired or incurred on or before the Transfer Date, specified in Table B are transferred to the WA Country Health Service (WACHS). A reference to the State in respect of items transferred by this Transfer Order has effect, on and after the Transfer Date, as if the reference were to WACHS. The Schedule referred to in Table B may be inspected during normal office hours at the Department of Health, Royal Street, East Perth.
