Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 18 may 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to him care of [contact details redacted] 6050 by 2 march 2021 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
