I, christopher john dawson, commissioner of police in the state of western australia, under subsection 3a(1)(b) of the misuse of drugs act 1981 (“the act”) declare the following persons, employed by the western australian herbarium, as approved botanists for the purposes of the act. All prior notices issued in relation to the approvals covered by this notice are revoked.
