Enacts the Shire of Denmark Cats Local Law 2022, repealing clause 5.2.4 of the Shire of Denmark Health Local Laws.

The council of the Shire of Denmark resolved on 20 September 2022 to make the following local law under the Cat Act 2011 and the Local Government Act 1995. This is the Shire of Denmark Cats Local Law 2022, which comes into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. Clause 5.2.4 of the Shire of Denmark Health Local Laws published on 2 July 1999 is repealed. The local law applies throughout the district.
