Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on or before 24/04/2023, are required by the personal representatives arthur stanley cook and trevor john cook, of care of futureproof co, t2/[contact details redacted] 6104 to send particulars of their claims to them by the date one month from the publication date after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
