Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 10 march 2025 are required by the executor to send particulars of their claims to them care of gv lawyers, level 5, 16 irwin street, perth by 12 march 2026 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which they then have notice.
