Notice is given that on 14 december 2021, the governor acting under section 168 of the act and with the advice and consent of executive council, ordered the exemption given to oxford medical pty ltd under section 164 be revoked. This revocation ensures oxford medical pty ltd is no longer part of healius limited’s exempt employer approval.
