Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 03/04/2024 are required by the executor/administrator Jennifer Wilton, of 95 Kitcliffe Way Aveley in the State of Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to her within 1 month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having claim of which they then have notice.
