Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Busselton resolved on 25 November 2020 to make the following local law. This is the City of Busselton Parking Local Law 2020. This local law comes into operation 14 days after it is published in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Busselton Parking Local Law 2011, published in the Government Gazette on 30 November 2011, is repealed.
