Notice to owners/occupiers of land within the Shire of Augusta Margaret River to carry out fire prevention work as per Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, on or before 30 November 2022, and maintain until 12 May 2023 (APZs all year). Inspections by appointment available until 1 November 2022. Non-compliance may result in a $250 infringement or a penalty up to $5,000. Variations to the notice are available.
