In the estate of Neil Raymond Bextrum, late of Rosevale Park, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the above named deceased who died on the 27th day of August 2017 are required by the executor of the deceased, Deborah Lucas, [contact details redacted] 6057, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to her within one month of the date of the publication hereof, after which date the executor may convey or distribute having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
