These regulations amend the Children’s Court (Fees) Regulations 2005, Civil Judgments Enforcement Regulations 2005, Coroners Regulations 1997, District Court (Fees) Regulations 2002 and Magistrates Court (Fees) Regulations 2005 regarding fee relief eligibility.
