These rules amend the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings) Rules 2005. Rule 131CA is replaced, and rule 131CAB is amended. The ECMS can fix the conference or hearing. The Court must fix a hearing by fixing a day, time and place for the hearing and notifying the parties of the hearing.
