Under section 12(1) of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987, the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Mr Barry Andrew Sargeant of Ardross as a member of the Gaming and Wagering Commission for a term commencing from 1 August 2017 and expiring on 31 July 2018.
