Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of patricia ann petty, deceased, who died on 28 may 2022 at acacia living, [contact details redacted] said state are required by the executor allan john claydon to send particulars of their claims to peel legal barristers & solicitors of [contact details redacted] month following the publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
