These regulations concern the transfer of specified employees from a health service provider to PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA, effective 1 July 2018 (transfer day). The Department CEO may determine which employees are to be transferred, and the employing authority must notify the affected employees. Transferred employees are considered employed by PathWest, and their existing rights and continuity of service are preserved.
