Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 january 2017, are required by the executors brian and declan crowley of [contact details redacted] within one (1) month of publication of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
