Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late John Walter Clements late 37 Beach Street, Bicton, Western Australia, deceased, who died on 08/01/2024, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor Kirsten Claire Clements care of Solomon Hollett Lawyers, po box 840, west perth wa 6872, within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
