These regulations are the Child Protection Regulations Amendment (Fees and Payments) Regulations 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal; the rest of the regulations on 1 July 2019. Amends fees in Adoption Regulations 1995, Children and Community Services Regulations 2006, and Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Regulations 2005.
