Notice is hereby given to any persons having claims pursuant to sections 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 against the estate of Denyse Vivian Gore-Mackay late of 7/24 Wooloomooloo Road, Greenmount in the State of Western Australia to submit in writing any such claims complete with supporting documentary evidence to the Executor, Corinne Griffin of 49 Spring Park Road, Midland in the State of Western Australia. Any such claims must be received by the Executor within 30 days, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
