These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Administration) Regulations 2014 and the Western Australian Photo Card Regulations 2014 to authorise the disclosure of information to prescribed persons, including the chief executive officer of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and the Secretary of the Department of Home Affairs of the Commonwealth, for the purpose of verifying information through a digital identity exchange and the national Document Verification Service.
