Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Appetarra Rockshelter Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Appetarra Rockshelter. The boundary of the Appetarra Rockshelter protected area consists of the area labelled 'H' on Deposited Plan 426185 and Lot 828 on Deposited Plan 425870. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Appetarra Rockshelter Protected Area Order 1986 is revoked.
