Notice Text

Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 july 2017, are required by birman & ride of level 3, [contact details redacted] 6000 to send particulars of their claim to them by the date one month from the publication date, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
