Recognizes Northern Territory guardianship orders in Western Australia.

This arrangement is made under section 44a of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1990 (wa) on the 14th day of september 2017 between the hon. attorney general for the state of western australia and the hon. minister for health for the northern territory. The hon. attorney general for the state of western australia being satisfied that the guardianship of adults act 2016 (nt) relating to the guardianship of adults corresponds sufficiently with the guardianship and administration act 1990 (wa), it is agreed that guardianship orders made under the guardianship of adults act 2016 (nt) in respect of adult persons who enter western australia be recognised in western australia.
