In the estate of Robert Hilton Lynch who died 21 November 2022, late of 10 Cato Court, Rockingham, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate, Laurence Lynch, to send particulars of their claim to 39 McNamara Drive, Thornlie, Western Australia within 30 days of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
