It is hereby notified for public information that the Governor, in accordance with section 12(c) of the Interpretation Act 1984, has approved the following temporary appointment— Hon. S. M. Ellery, MLC, to act temporarily in the office of Minister for Water; Fisheries; Forestry; Innovation and ICT; Science in the absence of the Hon. D. J. Kelly, MLA, for the period 23 September to 8 October 2018 (both dates inclusive). This notice supersedes acting arrangements relating to the above office that were published in Government Gazette No. 69 of 18 May 2018.
