Shire of Narembeen health local law 2016 under the powers conferred by section 342 of the Health Act 1911, subdivision 2 of Division 2 of Part 3 of the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Narembeen resolved on the Eighteenth day of May in the year 2016 to make the following local law.

Enacts the Shire of Narembeen Animals, Environment and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2018.
Approves Shire of Narembeen Local Planning Scheme amendment to delete/replace scheme text and update clauses.
Requires landowners in the Shire of Narembeen to establish and maintain firebreaks by November 1st each year.
