Approves temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for various cycling and running events in Victoria Park, Wanneroo, Mundaring, Cambridge and Albany. Suspensions apply to specific regulations to allow cyclists to ride in a peloton and runners to proceed along the left side of the carriageway.
