Diana nardi late of 157/60 kalinda drive, city beach, western australia, who died on 9 july 2025. creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of her estate are required by the executor, adrian michael nardi of 4 sholl avenue, north beach, western australia to send particulars of their claims within 30 days of this notice to the trustee at the above address, after which the trustee may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
