In the estate of Karen Healy, late of 1 Bonington Parkway, Ashby, wa, 6065, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 23/03/2026, are required to send particulars of their claims to Timothy James Healy of 14 Lopez Crescent, Ashby, wa, 6065 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor/administrator may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
