Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 may 2021, are required by me the trustee lissette marie grammer to send particulars of any such claim to the estate’s solicitor trainor legal of po box 333, west perth, western australia 6872 within 30 days of publication of this notice. After that date i will convey or distribute the assets of the estate with regard only to the claims of which i have notice.
