Extends exemptions for a further period of two years expiring on 21 December 2025 and varies the exemptions of land originally declared on 22 December 2021 and published in the Government Gazette dated 28 January 2022 by varying the description to that as described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) exempt from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978.
