Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late Donald Alfred Smith of 61 Westgate Way, Marangaroo, Western Australia, deceased, who died on 25/06/2015, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor Jennifer Anne O’Reilly care of Solomon Hollett Lawyers, po box 840, West Perth wa 6872, within thirty (30) days after the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
