Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Elizabeth Joan Underwood, late of Opal Bunbury, [contact details redacted] 28 November 2016, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the Executors of the Estate of Elizabeth Joan Underwood deceased, care of Young & Young, [contact details redacted] 13th day of May 2019 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
