Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late Maxwell Thomas Houghton of 3/86 Mills Road West, Martin, Western Australia, deceased, who died on 19/02/2024, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor Gregory Mathew Prout care of Solomon Hollett Lawyers, PO Box 840, West Perth WA 6872, within thirty (30) days after the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
