Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late Maxwell Thomas Houghton of 3/[contact details redacted] West, Martin, Western Australia, deceased, who died on 19/02/2024, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor Gregory Mathew Prout care of Solomon Hollett Lawyers, [contact details redacted] (30) days after the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
