Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 15 December 2025, are required by the executor / administrator, Jennene Dawn Herron, of 16 King Drive, Wannanup, Western Australia 6210, to send the particulars of their claims to PO Box 5506 Falcon, WA 6210 by one (1) month from the publication of this notice after which date the executor / administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
