Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 19 july 2024, are required by the executor nicole fermanis to send the particulars of their claims care of pkf, [contact details redacted] 17 february 2025, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
