These regulations amend the Duties Regulations 2008. Includes amendments commencing on the day after gazettal, and when the Community Titles Act 2018 section 11 comes into operation. Defines listed entity demergers and hybrid demergers, special dutiable property, and circumstances where persons acquiring interests are not related persons.
