In the matter of the estate of Marilyn Robin Gower, late of Alfred Carson Lodge, 30 Bay Road, Claremont, in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 27th day of August 2022, are required by the executor, Alexander Edward Hunter Gower, to send the particulars of their claim to 3 Caladenia Parade, Mount Claremont, WA 6010, within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
