Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above named deceased, who died on 30th September 2025, are required by the administrator Joanne Carey to send the particulars of their claims to Joanne Carey of 5 Felton Retreat, Mindarie, Western Australia 6030 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
