ZZ402 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Warren Robert Lancaster, late of Unit 1/17 Golf Rd Parkwood, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died 29 August 2025 are required by the Executors Trinette Hearn and Vaughn Holloway to send particulars of their claim to The Estate of Warren Lancaster c/o PO Box 203 Parkwood WA 6147 within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regards only to the claims of which they then have notice. ———————————
