Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died between 30 November 2016 and 1 December 2016, are required by the trustee Paul Lander of Lander Lawyers, po box 419, Bunbury wa 6231 to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month from date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
