Made under the Criminal Law (Unlawful Consorting and Prohibited Insignia) Act 2021 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Criminal Law (Unlawful Consorting and Prohibited Insignia) Act 2021 Commencement Proclamation 2021. The Criminal Law (Unlawful Consorting and Prohibited Insignia) Act 2021, other than Part 1 and section 67, comes into operation on 24 December 2021.
