In the matter of the estate of Margaret Ayling late of Hermitage Aged Care, 5 Cottage Close, Ellenbrook, in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on 10 November 2020 are required by the administrator Peter John Ayling to send particulars of their claims to po box 333 Manjimup wa 6258 on or before the expiration of one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
