Under section 23(2b) of the act and clause 5(1) of the soil and land conservation (west koojan-gillingarra land conservation district) order 1987, members are appointed to the land conservation district committee for the west koojan-gillingarra land conservation district. Members appointed to the committee under this instrument will hold office for a term expiring on 1 august 2022.
