Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 30 december 2021, are required by the executor, samantha thomson of [contact details redacted] within (1) month of the date of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which she then has notice.
