Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Ian Rutherford McCormick, deceased, who died on the 21st day of February 2021, at Amaroo Village, 29 Wreford Court, Gosnells, 6110, are required by the Executor, Joanne Lee Laing, to send particulars of their claims to 27 Cecil Street, Glen Forrest, Western Australia, 6071, by the date one month following the publication of this notice after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she has then had notice.
