Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of graeme harvey johnson beckwith, who died on the 4th day of june 2017, are required by the executor, jonathan meyer to send particulars of their claims to the executor within one (1) month of the publication of the notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
