Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on or before 25 may 2020, are required by the administrator of the estate, karen lesley rhodes care of williams and hughes, 25 richardson street, west perth wa 6005 (ref co: 36596) to send particulars of their claims to her to the address stated herein within 30 days of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
