Chris Wride, Acting Inspector, approves the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for various car rally events in the City of Albany. Events include GSSMA—Wind Farm Hill Climb 2026, GSSMA—Pendeen Industrial Estate Sprint 2026, 2026 Albany Classic—’Around the Houses’, and 2026 Albany Classic—’Albany Hill Climb’. Racing is confined to specified carriageways and complies with Motorsport Australia National Guidelines and approved Traffic Management Plans.
